Mastercard Circle of Honor — Personalization Excellence Award 2025

Received this honor in recognition of creating highly personalized, engaging experiences that drive customer loyalty and maximize customer lifetime value, through Avery.com’s Personalization Program, which I’ve proudly led for the past 6+ years. The content optimizations achieved through our program have driven a +6.89% Revenue per User lift for the website.

Dynamic Yield Personalization Pioneers - Legacy Pioneer Award 2023

Awarded for my leadership in shaping Avery’s Personalization Program into what it is today. Dynamic Yield recognized me with this award for my ability to implement new strategies, track progress, conceive roadmaps, analyze results, and take action at a high standard that I have set in my years of overseeing the program.

Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Diamond Award - Best of Show for Greatest Impact 2019

As the lead of digital marketing at FPCU, I wanted to create a campaign that truly engaged people in conversations and encouraged them to share their stories of the differences they found in banking with Financial Partners instead of those unethical financial instituations. From here, I concepted the idea of #IMadetheSwitch— where we encouraged folks to share their stories with us to help encourage others to make the switch too. We would then share this user-generated content across social, web, email and more to showcase real people and real situations.

As a result, we were able to welcome 3,444 new members to our previously 80,000 member base, an increase of +4.3%, and we organically grew our social following by a significant margin too! And our team and members began to carry “#IMadetheSwitch” as our ongoing rallying cry to help more people learn and join our solution for Better Banking.

Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC) Award - Gold Award 2019

Our #IMadetheSwitch campaign also won Gold at the 2019 MAC Awards! Our team was so proud of this endeavor and all of the new members that we were able to welcome to FPCU through the impactful messaging of this campaign.
